The egg we remembered
Most of us grew up with eggs that tasted of something: deep orange yolks from a neighbour's hens, a flavour that didn't need much more than salt. Somewhere along the way the egg became a commodity, bred for volume, raised in cages, fed whatever was cheapest.
Seedtale began by finding farmers still raising indigenous desi breeds the traditional way, free to roam and fed naturally, and bringing their eggs to your door while they were still fresh. That search taught us two things: real food had become rare, and a quiet network of small producers was still making it.
From one product to a platform
Seedtale Life is the next chapter: a curated home for fresh, nutrition-rich premium foods. Alongside our desi eggs you will now find hand-sorted macadamia and pecan, high-protein beans, namkeen and edamame roasted in small batches, and sun-dried Himalayan sea buckthorn.
Each one is held to the same standard we set for the egg. Natural ingredients only. No preservatives. Nutrition we can measure. A producer we have met. The range will keep growing, but the bar will not move.

Indigenous breeds, whole ingredients, nothing artificial. If it would not happen in a village kitchen, it does not happen in ours.

Slow-laid desi eggs, hand-sorted nuts, Himalayan berries. Small batches, seasonal, and worth waiting for.
Built with small farms and makers, not factories
We partner with family-run farms, small-batch roasters and mountain growers who keep quality ahead of volume. We pay a fair, fixed price so they can focus on doing it right, and we visit regularly to make sure every product is made to the Seedtale Life standard.
